Astronaut for a Day
Imagine yourself at the controls of the space shuttle…feeling the g-forces of spaceflight or preparing for launch at Kennedy Space Center. Have you ever wanted to train like an astronaut? The Astronaut Training Experience (ATX) program immerses you in the exciting world of today’s astronauts with realistic astronaut training. You will hear first-hand from a veteran NASA astronaut, experience a space shuttle mission simulation and perform hands-on space exploration activities.
Experience Includes:
- Astronaut Training Experience (ATX) for 2
- NASA Astronaut meeting with breakfast or snack for 2
- Kennedy Space Center admission for 2
- Guided tour of either Discover Kennedy Space Center or Cape Canaveral for 2
- {{nights}}-night stay at one of the following participating properties

Hyatt Place Orlando Airport
Hyatt Place Lake Mary/Orlando
Details:
Training program participants must be 10 or older. ATX booking is for Saturdays only. Participants must be at least 51 inches tall and have a max weight of 275 pounds. Each party requires one adult over the age of 18 to attend.
Travel needs to be booked within 12 months and traveled within 24 months. Travel must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and reservations are subject to availability. Blackout dates are the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and non-refundable.
