12 months to book, 24 months to travel, subject to availability. Must book a minimum 60 days in advance. Redemption voucher will be emailed to you. You will need your redemption voucher number when contacting our concierge department for booking your travel. All certificates should be handled with care as they are non-refundable. Cannot be resold. Blackout dates are the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New years. Redeemable at participating hotel locations only. Nights must be used during one stay. Subject to respective government approvals, regulations, restrictions, and applicable taxes. Not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen, or expired, and void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced. Nontransferrable. The original certificate and identification will be required when you check-in.
