12 months to book and 24 months to travel. Subject to availability. Must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance. All nights must be used during a single trip. Nontransferable and nonrefundable. Blackout dates are the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. In the unlikely event that the property is no longer available, a private residence of equal or greater value will be provided.
